Simply add mince, red onion, stock, fresh udon noodles and a few veggies to serve. Half an hour later and you have a mid-week dinner so good we reckon it’ll be promoted to Saturday nights before you know it.
Like all our recipe bases, this Miso Maple Noodle Bowl is made on our family farm in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia from locally sourced ingredients.
Ingredients
Vinegar, Onion, Apple Juice, Miso Paste (Water, Soybean, Rice, Salt, Alcohol) (15%), Raw Sugar, White Sugar, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat), Maple Syrup (2%), Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Cornflour, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt, Garlic, Mustard Powder, Yeast Extract, Spices, Xanthan Gum.
