Description

Watercolor on paper by Egbert Cadmus (American, 1868-1939) of the Hudson River along 165th St. in New York.  Landscape with boat yard and railroad tracks.  An accomplished watercolorist, best known as the father of artist Paul Cadmus.  Became a member of the Old Lyme Colorny artists in the 1930 s.  Signed and dated along bottom edge.  From the Estate of Paul Cadmus and Jon F.
